...the more I think there needs to be a web fanzine called "Headshots and Hypodermics."

Because JEEEEZ, there's a LOT of both in Fringe.

Also, I HATE the Fox ads for other shows that they throw on the screen. Especially that Dollhouse one. Poor Eliza Dush can't even act in a 2-second stretch.

Also: Olivia wears BOOTS! Honest-to-gosh BOOTS! Not stupid heels, stupid high-heeled boots, BOOTS. Like Docs or Fluevogs. In S2E09, she was standing with her sole turned up and showed a tread.

Also Also: Just watched S2E10: DAAAAAAAAH.

Ehhh... I hated Dolhouse a whole, whole lot. A good friend of mine just loved it and would convince me that this week would be good, so I'd watch for awhile and it always left me feeling empty, repulsed and maybe like I should take a shower.

However, I maintain that Fringe is one of the best things on TV ever.

Many of the networks are placing animated lower third graphics in their programing to hype other shows. And they are starting to get some push back from their viewers. Several television critics lashed out in their columns about the practice. Numerous comments and letters have been placed in open forums.

Unfortunately, unless it can be demonstrated that it is completely ineffective and/or costing them in the ratings game, it will not stop.

*sigh* I remember a day when the only thing that appeared on the screen during aside from the show itself was a severe weather alert. But on the up side, it is not as bad as Japanese TV.
