RG: RLO: What to do with All Those Presents from Stupid Christmas

I should explain what Stupid Christmas is.

It's when someone online says something juicily dumb, providing entertainment for the people who've pegged them or their words or actions as dumbasstastic.
Joe Quesada's pronouncements about how the comics industry isn't sexist. Erik Larsen defending his columns at CBR. Don Murphy saying at Newsarama that I can't read. TokyoPop press releases. A comics creator stretching the truth until it snaps like a rubber band. Message board discussions about comics industry sexism.

All these things are dumb, annoying, and funny as shit.

"It's like Stupid Christmas!" arcana_j and I squeal at each other. Or, "It's like Christmas on Tuesday!" the same way Jon Stewart rolls his eyes ecstatically and mouths "thank-you" when a politician says something jaw-dropping in front of cameras.

So, Stupid Christmas. I used a lot of Stupid Christmas in Rumble Girls: Silky Warrior Tansie, but the great thing about Stupid Christmas is that the supply replenishes itself readily. There's more where that came from, you might say. Rumble Girls: Runaway Lightning Ohmry is going to use a lot of the Stupid Christmas I've accumulated since 2001.
SC pre-2001 was Macy's quality, but post-2001 is like Stupid Christmas from Saks 5th Avenue.
