Food to Eat in the Dark
Mar. 10th, 2006 02:02 amI happened to have the good fortune to have three different kinds of ice cream in the freezer. Grean tea, New York Super Fudge Chunk, and Karamel Sutra. I decided to take a cup of ice cream to bed while I read before sleeping. (I always read or play a game before bed, it helps decompress me and I don't have anxiety attacks. It beats staying awake until I fall over.)
ANYWAY, I couldn't choose between green tea (amazing taste, love the tannin buzz) and NYSFC, so I put a scoop of both in and toddled off. Green tea and mostly-chocolate ice cream belong together.
Boy, was the cup an unpleasant color in the morning. I will never, ever, eat green tea ice cream and chocolate in the same cup except in the dark.
So, what do you, or would you eat in the dark, because it tastes so great but looks so gross? And I mean STUFF RECOGNIZED AS FOOD YOU FREAKS. Even if it tastes like chicken, snake or long pork DOESN'T MAKE IT FOOD.
arcana_j's answer will probably be circus peanuts with wasabi mayonnaise.
