I saw that countdown on TV and was baffled as to why the elevator was going up and NO ONE WAS COUNTING. It is to laugh! You gotta love our local news anchors, they're not the brightest bulbs in the box sometimes. It was a San Antonio news anchor who we heard say, on the air, "And a happy CHAW-NOO-KAH (actual pronunciation) to all our Jewish friends" one year. XD

Here's hoping the new year is happier for you and yours. So glad to see the end of 2007.
