Lovely Feast of the Epiphany!
Jan. 6th, 2009 12:29 pmTwelfth Night! Three Kings Day! Feast of Fools!
I checked the date on my last entry and holy cows, I haven't posted in a week and a half! Having a handful of teenage boy to entertain sure cuts the LJ time.
I am still working on commissions, and want to thank one and all again for being patrons! You helped get the car on its way to the garage and helped me prove I had a clientele to support myself and the kids.
If anyone's still got money from gramma, and they want a commission, the queue was dramatically reduced over the holidays, so jump in!
I am working today on the art for a story for an anthology called "Minerva's Wreck" edited by Austin Chronicle editor Wayne Alan Brenner. The story is about the cheeriest Heat Death of the Universe ever and is (probably) called "The End of the World as I Knew It."
Back to working on RUMBLE GIRLS: RLO and THE MOON IS MINE tomorrow. Awesomely, a refreshing dip into "As I Knew It" kick-started RUMBLE GIRLS. I forget how much I love to write.
I just answered Heidi's Year End survey for The Beat. (She hunted me down! Awwww!)
