Wednesday Recap
Jul. 10th, 2008 12:57 amI am stumping for the next week or so for sponsorship at San Diego Comic-Con. $50. gets you my badge space (chest) and wicked rep. I wear your URL/company name/booth number all your sponsored day.
I drew a comic of my younger self talking to my older self, ala' the criminally wonderful and funny Kate Beaton. (Who apparently threw down and chellenged other people to do it, too.) My comic is pretty funny. Funny enough to inspire second one.
I have to tighten it up, and I will post it tomorrow.
Douchebag mom at pool freaking because Boy spits pool water at her kid. She was awesome because she inspired a NEW RULE!
"If you know I'm his mom, and you stand ten feet away and speak loudly so I hear you disapproving, I will no longer engage you and be the apologetic autism mom. I'm going to pretend like I don't hear you.
If I'm especially perverse that day, I will say, 'Oh my gosh! Was some kid picking on yours?' And you will say, 'Yours was!' And I will say, 'Oh, okay. I thought it was my kid. Sorry to butt in.'
If you're going to judge, I might as well have the fun of fitting your verdict.
DivaLea Video Show got stopped twice because of Flock AND FF3 crashing. UStream, HOWEVER, saved the streams by default, so the show is there! Yay! I even had enough people in that there was a scroll bar in the user list!
That's Wednesday, and it's 1AM Thursday. I going bed.
