ATF: It's Wednesday Yet?
Apr. 11th, 2007 01:56 amKing called State Form yesterday to find out where our reimbursement for the half-month's rent was, and lo, our previous adjuster, D.O., answers and he is our adjuster again. Turns out he didn't call us because he'd been moved on to other things, and he said he objected, but.
Adjuster Clint had handed us back to D.O. because, he said, "I can't work with them." There was a phone call last week I was not aware of in which King was pretty crabby with Clint. King got a mild tsking from D.O. about "catching more flies with honey."
At this point, I'll take D.O. We don't have to start from zero again, and now we know there's D.O. and there's Clint.
I can't help but notice this is the second time since the fire I've posted about a problem with State or Chase and it was magically resolved the next day, as if there'd never been a problem, or, indeed, someone said "Make the problem go away."
If that's the case, we thank you again, whoever you may or may not be.
