TWENTY! ANNIVERSARY!

Today I am finishing the rest of the picture that belongs to the piece I posted yesterday.
That sounded like a puzzle.

And, also, today is the twentieth anniversary of my marriage to King! All hail King, who's put up with me in sickness and a lack of mental health! Loved me when I was slim and crazy, still loves me (and he damn well BETTER), as older, bodacious, and a testament to the miracles of modern pharmacology.
All hail me, who married a man who got paid $20./hour for polishing floors, because he was the man I loved, not the man everyone was impressed with. Because I felt safe with him. I felt like he'd be my harbor in a stormy life, and I was right.

I just want to give everyone who responded to the anniversary post a BIG OL' HUG!

Today, the Boy Child swam without his kickboard. It was a bogpaddle, but it was still pure-D swimmin'.

I stood in the pool while tears just a-rolled down my face. BEST ANNIVERSARY PRESENT EVAR.
And King brought me flowers. Got that fella trained WELL.
