We do not like today.
Today, the stupid Sprint lady in India, in spite of me telling her TWICE to charge ONLY the past due amount, charged the full amount of the bill, then verified the amount AFTER SHE'D FUCKING CHARGED THE CARD.
Then, her solution for fixing the cockup was to offer to expedite returning my full services--at exactly the same pace as they'd be restored ANYWAY.
