We had some today. Since we were oot and aboot (hahah Toren), we got to watch the storm develop from punching-up thunderheads to flat, gray rain clouds.
It smelled amazing, like wet green corn.
It didn't take much provocation to get King to drive against the flooded curbs to kick up huge plumes of water. The kids cracked their windows and let rain blow in on their heads.
And Girl Child wants me to add that we threw a book at the cat, who is yowling in heat, and very annoying. It went like this: "Meow-thdd-TTT!"
