I wouldn't say super reliable, but cheap,

or their slightly pricier plans at hostdime. Hasweb has a plan that only costs 48, for the year.

so, if you're looking for cheap, that's the one. They're not so bad, though support can be frustrating. For the most part, things work as expected.
I also use dreamhost.
I do find the cpanel setup at hasweb easier to use, and our studio site runs from hasweb/hostdime company.
